Table Beer - Grisette

Table Beer is our refreshing and sessionable Grisette. Aged in oak foeders for several months with our house Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces bruxellensis, Table Beer is the perfect introduction to sour ales family; light bodied and slightly hazy with mild acidity. Available on draft and in bottles exclusively in our taproom.

Straw colored, slightly hazy, and light bodied. Medium-low acidity leads to notes of oak, stone fruit, and vanilla. Hints of malt linger briefly, leading to a clean, crisp finish.

ABV: ~4.5%

pH: ~3.4
