The short version: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items need to be unworn and in new condition with your original receipt or packing slip. Refunds go back to your original payment method. We charge a $5 restocking fee for shipped returns but we cover the return shipping cost. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

What you need:
A copy of your original receipt or packing slip. No receipt, no return.
Condition requirements:
Items must be unworn (trying on is fine), unwashed, and free of odors, pet hair, stains, or any other signs of use. If it looks like it's been through something, we can't take it back.
Refunds:
All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. If you paid with a card, it goes back to that card. A $5 restocking fee is charged for shipped returns.
Return shipping:
We've got you covered. Rhinegeist pays for return shipping.
Final sale items:
Some items are marked final sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
FAQs
The item hasn't been worn beyond trying it on, hasn't been washed, and doesn't have any odors, pet hair, stains, rips, holes, or visible damage. Basically, it should look like it did when you got it.

Yes, as long as it's within 30 days and the item is in new condition. Same rules apply.
Unfortunately, we need proof of purchase to process returns and exchanges. Check your email for an order confirmation if you ordered online.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically process within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it to your account.
