Shipping & Pickups


The short version: Store pickups are ready in about an hour and happen in our taproom shop. Shipped items will go out in 1-2 days via the option you select at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (some exclusions apply).

The Details

Store Pickup:
Orders for store pickup are ready within 1 hour of purchase. If you place your order within 1 hour of closing time, it will be ready the next day.

Pick up your order at 1910 Elm St., Cincinnati, OH 45202 at the merchandise counter in the taproom during regular taproom hours. Please bring a valid ID. Orders must be picked up within 48 hours or they may be cancelled.

Shipping:
We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Most items ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on weight and the shipping option you select at checkout. Expect 2 to 5 business days for delivery after your order ships.

Beverages always ship via UPS Ground.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have questions about delivery status, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Exclusions apply (see below).

Oversized Items:
Signs, cornhole sets, and other oversized items cannot be shipped and are available for local pickup only. These items are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Refunds:
All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. If you paid with a card, it goes back to that card.

Return shipping:
We've got you covered. Rhinegeist pays for return shipping.

Final sale items:
Some items are marked final sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
