We rested our imperial stout in New Riff bourbon barrels for 12 months before conditioning it on Deeper Roots coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, and maple syrup. The prolonged oak aging brings deep whiskey warmth behind a rich morning roast profile. Pour a glass for weekend brunch or a slow evening by the fire.
