Ever a new dawn. Infinite Dawn launched us into the Outer Reaches back in 2018. This Sour Blonde Ale matures in an oak foeder with our house Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces strains, emerging with bright fruit character, tart complexity, and a dry, crisp finish. Where we were, where we are, where we hope to be.
